Job Description

Location - Andheri West

Working Days - 6 (sun off)

Benefits - Pf, paid leaves

Shift time - 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Responsibilities -

· Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned roles

· Understand job requirements in coordination with hiring managers

· Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels

· Schedule and coordinate interviews with HOD

· Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process

· Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases

· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements

· Ensure smooth documentation process before joining

· Assist HOD in timely offer rollout and joining of candidates

· Assist HOD in Employee Attendance tracking.

· Assist HOD in Employee Documentation

· Assist HOD in Employee Engagement Activities

· Assist HOD in day to day admin work

· Assist in any other activities of the company as and when required.
