HR Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team at Smartbyte Computer Education to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization.
The tasks include identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating them for different roles.
You will also be responsible for updating job ads, maintaining candidate databases, and conducting background checks.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹[Enter salary range, e.g., ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month] and excellent growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions for various roles.

• Source and engage candidates using online platforms like Indeed, OLX, and social media.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.

• Advertise openings on job portals, WhatsApp, and social networks.

• Maintain proper records of applicants and communicate updates.

• Coordinate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.

• Handle joining formalities and assist with onboarding new employees.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream (HR specialization preferred).

• Experience range: 6 to 2 years (Freshers can apply).

• Good knowledge of resume databases, sourcing techniques, and interview skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication in Hindi, Marathi, and English.

• Must be organized, confident, and professional in communication.

• Candidates must be open to working Monday to Saturday.
