Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as Student Selectors. The main objective is to identify and select 50 eligible students from Tamil Nadu and Puducherry for a scholarship program. This role requires direct engagement with students and families, assessing eligibility, and providing continued support.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and select 50 deserving students from Tamil Nadu and Puducherry for a scholarship program.

Conduct field visits, interviews, and basic assessments to evaluate student eligibility.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of selected candidates.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to selected students during the scholarship period.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure student needs are met.

Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity in all student and parent interactions.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Tamil proficiency preferred).

Passion for education and student development.

Ability to travel within Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.

Prior experience in student outreach, counseling, or social work is an advantage.

Compensation

Commission-based on the number and quality of students selected.
