Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Admin HR Executive to manage day to day administrative functions along with HR responsibilities The ideal candidate will handle office operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Manage end to end recruitment, job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Handle payroll processing attendance and leave management.

• Support performance management and appraisal processes.

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management or related field.

• Proven 2 3 years of experience in HR and Administration.

• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.

• Proficiency in MS Office ( Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English, Marathi & Hindi).

• Good organizational and time management abilities.

• Problem solving and decision making skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
