The Admin & HR Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, office administration, vendor coordination, compliance support, and ensuring smooth functioning of administrative processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Operations
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Prepare employment letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administration
Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
Manage office supplies, stationery, housekeeping, and maintenance requirements.
Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation coordination.
Monitor office assets and maintain asset registers.
Ensure workplace safety, security, and statutory compliance.
Support event management, meetings, and corporate functions.
