Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Admin to manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of HR operations, attendance management, employee coordination, and office administration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
Maintain employee files and company records
Support recruitment and onboarding activities
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and company rules
Manage office administration and daily operational activities
Maintain payroll-related data and employee information
Handle employee queries and provide administrative support
Coordinate with different departments for smooth office functioning
Maintain MIS reports and HR databases
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and administration
MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Time management and coordination skills
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be disciplined and responsible
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Immediate joiners preferred
