Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding

  • Maintain employee records and data accurately

  • Execute induction, orientation, and employee engagement programs

  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and leave management

  • Address employee grievances

  • Handle Administration related work

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or equivalent

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently
