Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Female Recruiter with experience in lateral hiring, preferably from a consultancy background. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level roles across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordination

• Manage lateral hiring for mid-level to senior-level roles across domains

• Source candidates using portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.) and other creative sourcing techniques

• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews to assess candidates

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Maintain proper recruitment trackers and databases

• Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups post selection

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment consultancy, specifically in lateral hiring

• Proficient in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting hiring targets

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Candidate:

• Female candidates only (as per team requirement)

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Familiar with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
