Job Description

Job Title: Part-Time HR & Recruitment Coordinator (Work From Home) only From MUMBAI

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring process and basic HR administration.

Work Schedule:

  • Work From Home (Part-Time)

  • 4 hours per day

  • Preferred timings: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Required to visit office once a month

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and cold call candidates.

  • Screen profiles and schedule interviews.

  • Follow up with candidates.

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and organize the HR Google Drive.

  • Create basic social media posts using Canva and post on company accounts.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Comfortable making phone calls.

  • Basic knowledge of recruitment.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.

  • Basic Canva skills.

  • Organized and detail-oriented.

Qualification: Graduate (0–2 years of experience). Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
