Role Overview:
We are seeking an HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow with the organization while ensuring smooth HR functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and assist in payroll & attendance management.
• Support in drafting and implementing HR policies.
• Coordinate training, employee engagement, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Provide HR support to employees and management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience (real estate industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
