Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and local community outreach.
Screen candidates and conduct preliminary interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
Schedule interviews and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, training institutes, and community organizations.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Promote employer branding during recruitment campaigns and events.
Collect and verify candidate documents as required.
Update recruitment databases and prepare hiring reports.
Achieve recruitment targets within specified timelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (field recruitment experience preferred).
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered for entry-level roles.
