About the Role
Wabsus Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR & Compliance Manager to lead all HR operations, statutory compliances, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, and labor law compliance across our EPC, Engineering, Fabrication, O&M, and Manpower businesses.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling contract manpower, industrial workforce, multiple project sites, and statutory compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Employee documentation and personnel file management.
Induction and joining formalities.
Attendance and leave management.
Payroll coordination with Finance.
Performance management and employee engagement.
HR policy implementation.
Exit management and full & final settlement.
Training and employee development.
Compliance Management
EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and TDS compliance.
CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Payment of Wages Act, and other labour law compliance.
Factory and Shops & Establishments compliance (where applicable).
Labour licence management and renewals.
Principal Employer registrations and compliance.
Contractor compliance monitoring.
Monthly statutory returns and filings.
Compliance audits and documentation.
Client compliance documentation for EPC and manpower projects.
Vendor and subcontractor compliance verification.
Payroll & Employee Benefits
Salary processing coordination.
Overtime and weekly advance reconciliation.
Bonus, gratuity, leave encashment, and statutory deductions.
Salary structure implementation.
Payroll compliance reporting.
HR Operations
Employee database management.
Offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and relieving letters.
HRMS/ERPNext data management.
MIS preparation and monthly HR dashboards.
Employee grievance handling.
Disciplinary proceedings.
Client & Project Compliance
Documentation required by clients before deployment.
Site compliance audits.
Employee ID cards and gate pass documentation.
Medical fitness and safety documentation.
Coordination with project managers regarding manpower deployment.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws.
Hands-on experience with EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, and Gratuity.
Experience in payroll processing.
Excellent documentation and record management.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience with ERPNext or HRMS software is preferred.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Ability to manage multiple project locations.
