Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through field visits, referrals, local networks, and other channels.
Visit colleges, local areas, communities, and potential candidate locations for recruitment.
Explain job roles, salary, working conditions, and company policies to candidates.
Conduct initial screening and interviews.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
Build a strong local candidate network.
Coordinate with HR and operations teams regarding hiring requirements.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field work and local travel.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Freshers can also apply; recruitment experience will be an advantage.
