
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field sourcing activities including hospital visits, nursing colleges, job fairs, and local campaigns
Manage bulk hiring for medical and paramedical staff
Screen candidates through telephonic and face-to-face interviews
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
Ensure timely documentation and onboarding of selected candidates
Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring tracker
Build a strong pipeline of nurses, lab technicians, pharmacists, and support staff
Achieve monthly hiring targets and TAT (Turnaround Time)
