Role Overview:

·      We are hiring a performance-driven Recruiter who can work in a consulting-style recruitment environment with strict delivery timelines and hiring targets. The role demands speed, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple mandates under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned client mandates
·      Deliver against weekly/monthly closure targets
·      Source candidates through portals, job drives, referrals, and database mining
·      Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews
·      Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring roles
·      Ensure fast turnaround time and quality hiring
·      Manage client and candidate communication professionally
·      Track daily recruitment metrics and reporting
·      Work under consulting-style delivery pressure

Key Requirements:

·      1–7 years recruitment experience (agency/consulting preferred) not mandatory
·      Strong sourcing and screening skills
·      Ability to work under strict targets
·      High energy and ownership mindset
·      Good communication and stakeholder handling
·      Multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment
