Job Title: Field Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our organization. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and attract potential candidates through various sources, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
2. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for open positions.
3. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
6. Meet or exceed recruitment targets and metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate satisfaction.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a field or sales recruitment role.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Familiarity with recruitment software and technology, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Recruitment certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
2. Experience with social media recruitment and employer branding.
3. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
