Job Title: Field Recruiter

### Job Responsibilities

- Conduct field recruitment activities to hire suitable candidates for various job openings.

- Visit local markets, colleges, job fairs, and other locations to source candidates.

- Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, and local networking.

- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.

- Explain job roles, salary, working hours, and company policies to candidates.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with selected candidates until joining.

- Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.

- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.

- Ensure timely joining of candidates as per company requirements.

### Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to convince and engage candidates.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

### Qualification

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
