Job Description

Hiring: Field Recruiter (Onboarding)

Company: Broomees India Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Xion Mall, Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune

Time: Mon–Sat | 10 AM–7 PM

Role: Visit local areas, meet domestic workers (maids, cooks, babysitters), collect details & onboard them to Broomees.

Requirements:

10th/12th/Graduation 

0–5 yrs field/recruitment experience

Good Hindi/Marathi/English

Must have bike + license + smartphone

Salary: ₹20,000 + Incentives + Travel Allowance
