Job description:
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the MD.
Manage and coordinate the MD’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential documents and maintain records with strict discretion.
Assist in decision-making by providing relevant data, research, and insights.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Track key business metrics, follow up on action items, and maintain Excel reports.
Manage emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the MD.
Oversee and support special projects and business initiatives as directed by the MD.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, reports, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and business communication tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
