Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding)
Coordination with department heads for hiring needs
Appointment letters, confirmation, transfers, promotions
Exit management: resignations, terminations, final settlements
Maintain complete employee records and HRMIS
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, including: PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity
Handling inspections, notices, and audits from labor authorities
Payroll processing coordination (monthly, timely & accurate)
Salary structuring, CTC break-up, deductions & reimbursements
KRA/KPI design and implementation
Performance appraisal process
Support management in promotions, increments & disciplinary actions
Handling grievances, misconduct cases, warning letters
Drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies
Employee welfare activities
