🚨 We’re Hiring – HR Compliance Professional 🚨

📍 Location: Dwarka, Delhi

NOTE:- Preference for Male candidate as person should visit to our various sites for compliance related work.

We are looking for an HR Compliance professional to ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations across multiple states. The role involves managing statutory obligations, audits, inspections, and vendor compliance while ensuring smooth liaison with government authorities.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✅ Ensure timely compliance with central & state labour laws: Shops & Establishment Act, Factories Act, Minimum Wages, PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH, Maternity Benefit, etc.

✅ Prepare & file statutory returns (PF, ESI, PT, LWF) within timelines.

✅ Maintain statutory registers, records & licenses.

✅ Handle inspections, audits & government notices effectively.

✅ Track amendments in labour laws & update management/HR team.

✅ Ensure vendor/contractor compliance (licenses, wage records, PF/ESI).

✅ Support HR in implementing policies aligned with legal & ethical standards.

🎯 Requirements

✔️ Min. 3 years’ experience in HR compliance

✔️ Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & state regulations

✔️ Hands-on with PF/ESI portals & e-filing systems

✔️ Excellent documentation & reporting skills

✔️ Strong communication & liaisoning abilities
