Responsibilties :
Legal Compliance
Ensuring statutory adherence across key labour laws: CLRA, ESI, EPF, Minimum Wages, BOCW, Bonus Act, Factory Act, Maternity, Compensation, Child Labour prohibition, Migrant Workers Act, MLWF, and any emerging labour codes.
Onboarding & Verification
Use RAMCO system to verify inductions, police clearances, safety training, and gate pass issuance.
Guide new contractors on compliance protocols.
Attendance & Payroll Management
Daily reconciliation of attendance via RAMCO and client systems.
Facilitate timely PF, ESI, wage, maternity, gratuity payments.
Advise attendance access control as needed.
Licenses & Registrations
Facilitate registration/amendments/renewals (including Form V), maintain contractor-wise statutory registers.
Prepare notices for commencement/completion; support contractor license applications.
Statutory Returns & Notifications
Prepare and file all statutory returns; secure acknowledgements.
Procure and display required legal notices.
Audits, MIS Diagnostics & Reporting
Conduct act-wise/site-wise audits; issue compliance certificates within 3 working days.
Provide dashboards & reports:
Daily: gate-pass compliance
Weekly: statutory defaulters
Monthly: remittance status
Quarterly: delayed/non-compliance trends
Real-time CHRO dashboards with drill-down analytics.
