Executive • Proposed designation Business Analyst • Role type Team driven • Reporting to Team Lead/ Assistant Manager • Geo to be supported United States • Work timings 6 :30pm to 3am IST Operational administrative duties to include: • General candidate support for Talent Acquisition teams including travel assistance, event support, candidate expense reimbursement, and administrative support of our virtual events. • Provide support for various recruiting related processes including job postings, candidate tracking, compliance review and offer processing. • Generate HR/recruiting-related reports and provide data analysis as needed. • Oversee the inquiry mailbox and accurately complete requests within agreed SLA • Communicate with stakeholders(internal and external) and onshore team members/leadership team, throughout all processes • Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to implement • Ability to follow standard processes and identify and report any potential issues, understanding when to escalate • Ensure all requirements are adhered to through compliance with all appropriate policies and procedures. • When applicable create and update SOPs Skills and Experience • Effective communication, ability to articulate in both written and verbal communication to a variety of stakeholders (internal and external), including firm professionals, onshore team members and leadership, which will include senior managers, Directors and Partners • Strong attention to detail and investigative nature to ensure all elements of the submission process have been accurately completed and all data collected is accurate • Ability to think on your feet with excellent innovation and problem-solving skills.
