Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Recruiter to handle both Blue Collar and White Collar hiring requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across multiple domains and levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Blue Collar and White Collar positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and vendor networks.
Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates for interview attendance, documentation, and joining.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Work on bulk hiring requirements and achieve hiring targets within timelines.
Build strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for hiring updates.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
