Supply Sourcing: Find and approach potential workers in areas assigned by their manager.

Pamphlet Distribution: Distribute promotional material across the assigned cluster.

Lead Generation: Collect contact details from interested candidates and maintain a daily log.

Pitching: Explain the Snabbit opportunity, handle questions, and make the case for joining.

Bringing Leads to the Training Centre: Coordinate or accompany qualified leads to the nearest training centre and ensure a clean handoff.

Compensation

Fixed pay of ₹23,000–₹25,000 per month

Travel allowance of ₹3,000 per month

Big weekly + monthly incentives based on targets, up to INR 70,000
