Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments based on performance gaps and business requirements.
Coordinate and support learning programs, technical training, soft skills training, and leadership workshops.
Manage end-to-end training activities including scheduling, content coordination, trainer alignment, attendance, assessments, and certification.
Track training effectiveness, create training reports, and maintain the training calendar.
Assist in designing and implementing OD programs to improve organisational efficiency and culture.
Support change management initiatives such as restructuring, process improvements, capability-building, and behavioural initiatives.
Conduct organisational diagnostics, surveys, focus group discussions (FGDs), and needs assessments.
Promote value-based behaviours through internal campaigns, posters, and digital communication.
Work closely with operations, business heads, and HR teams to understand training needs.
Provide timely support to business teams through structured capability enhancement.
Ensure training consistency across all Bodycraft centers.
