We’re looking for a passionate and organized HR professional to lead day-to-day HR operations and bring structure, care, and energy to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
✅ Maintain HRIS, employee data, and compliance documentation
✅ Coordinate payroll, leaves, and attendance
✅ Support training, performance reviews & engagement programs

Requirements:
🎓 Graduate in HR / Business Administration
💼 4–5 years’ experience in HR operations or generalist roles
🗣️ Fluent in English & Gujarati
✨ Experience in schools, NGOs, or trust setups is a plus
