We are seeking a dynamic, multitasking professional who can effectively manage sales, HR functions, and overall studio operations

Sales & Client Handling:
Handle customer inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media).
Explain photography packages & convert leads into bookings.
Maintain excellent client relationships to ensure repeat & referral business.
Upsell additional services like albums, reels, props, etc.
HR & Administration:
Manage staff recruitment, attendance, and scheduling.
Maintain employee records, handle HR policies, and support team coordination.
Oversee office administration, payments, and vendor management.
Support studio owner in day-to-day business operations.
Studio Management:
Supervise photoshoot schedules & ensure smooth client experience.
Coordinate with photographers, editors, and setup team.
Manage studio cleanliness, props, and wardrobe arrangements.
Ensure timely delivery of edited photos/videos to clients.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Sales / HR / Management.
Strong communication & customer service skills.
Knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic social media handling.
Multi-tasking ability with leadership qualities.
Prior experience in photography studio or service industry preferred.
Fixed salary ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience).
