Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory; place orders and track deliveries.

  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.

  • Handle filing, data entry, and record management (digital and physical).

  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and scheduling interviews.

  • Support accounting tasks, including processing invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping.

  • Coordinate office maintenance, equipment repairs, and vendor relationships.

  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed.

  • Provide general support to managers and team members as required.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.

  • Office-based; may require occasional overtime or special projects.
