Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
Maintain office supplies inventory; place orders and track deliveries.
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.
Handle filing, data entry, and record management (digital and physical).
Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and scheduling interviews.
Support accounting tasks, including processing invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping.
Coordinate office maintenance, equipment repairs, and vendor relationships.
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
Provide general support to managers and team members as required.
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
