Job Description

We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team at Naukri Hai to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Administrative & Management Roles

  • Administrative Managers: Oversee entire administrative departments, streamline processes, reduce costs, and set operational policies.

  • Office Managers/Administrators: Handle daily office functions, including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and visitor management.

  • Administrative Assistants/Officers: Support specialized departments (HR, Finance) with tasks like data entry, meeting coordination, and report generation. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Operations & Process Optimization: Developing and monitoring office procedures to ensure efficiency and adopting new technologies to improve workflows.

  • Staff Supervision: Hiring, training, scheduling, and mentoring administrative staff.

  • Facilities & Asset Management: Overseeing office maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining inventory.

  • Documentation & Data Management: Ensuring accurate record-keeping, preparing reports, and managing digital/physical filing systems.

  • Financial Administration: Handling budgets, processing invoices, managing petty cash, and preparing expense reports. 

Essential Skills for Success

  • Organization: Tracking multiple tasks, managing schedules, and prioritizing tasks.

  • Communication: Interacting with staff at all levels and external stakeholders.

  • Problem-solving: Addressing issues like supply chain delays, equipment failure, or staffing gaps.

  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database management systems. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
