Employee onboarding and induction

Salary and payroll management

Implementation of labour laws and statutory compliance

Employee relationship building

Performance reporting and evaluation

Hr Ajaymeru Publication: Attendance and leave management

Offer letter, appointment letter & exit formalities handling

PF, ESIC, TDS and other statutory coordination

HR documentation and employee file management

Handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions

HR policy implementation and updates

Coordination with accounts for salary disbursement

Maintaining HR MIS and monthly reports
