Job Description – HR Admin Manager
HR & Admin manager required to oversee all personnel-related matters of the Group and ensure that all resources are used beneficially. Responsibilities include designing company policies and managing internal HR systems, and ensure that all manpower & departments operate efficiently and aligns with the business objectives.
HR Functions
• Manage recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain updated employee records, contracts, and attendance reports
• Handle payroll coordination with accounts and ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS)
• Organize employee engagement programs, training, and team-building events
• Support performance appraisals and monthly reviews with department heads
• Manage leave records, exit formalities, and employee retention programs
Administrative Management
• Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities (cleaning, security, AMC, supplies)
• Maintain vendor contracts (housekeeping, internet, rentals, etc.)
• Monitor asset allocation and maintain office inventory (laptops, uniforms, ID cards, etc.)
• Support event planning for meetings, launches, and factory visits
Compliance & Reporting
• Maintain HR documents audit-ready.
• Ensure timely renewal of labor licenses, insurance, and vendor agreements
• Submit monthly reports to management on staffing, leaves, and HR updates
Qualifications & Skills:
• Postgraduate in HRM preferred with 5 years plus experience in handling HR of 150 plus employee setup (preferably in manufacturing environment).
• Knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF/ESI/bonus acts, and payroll compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
