🕒 Experience: 3+ Years
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical exposure to HR operations, statutory compliance, labor laws, and factory administration.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management
✅ Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws and employment regulations
✅ Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, and other applicable regulations
✅ Maintain and monitor compliance records, registers, notices, and documentation as per legal requirements
✅ Strong practical knowledge of Factory Act compliance and factory-related HR activities
✅ Coordinate with government departments, auditors, consultants, and inspectors for compliance matters
✅ Draft, implement, and review HR Policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines
✅ Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities
✅ Support disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and employee relations activities
✅ Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and compliance reports
✅ Conduct internal compliance audits and ensure timely corrective actions
✅ Practical knowledge of ISO standards, documentation, implementation, and audit coordination
✅ Support management in organisational development and process improvement initiatives
🔹 Required Skills:
✔️ Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and Industrial Relations
✔️ Hands-on experience in Statutory Compliance and Documentation
✔️ Practical understanding of Factory Act requirements
✔️ Experience in ISO documentation and audit processes
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical abilities
✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and ERP systems
🎓 Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Welfare, or related field.
MBA HR / MSW / MHRM will be preferred.
