Job Summary
The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the dealership. The role involves managing office administration, coordinating facility maintenance, handling vendor management, maintaining records, supporting various departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Manage daily administrative activities of the dealership.
Maintain office supplies, stationery, pantry, and housekeeping requirements.
Coordinate courier, postal, and document dispatch activities.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of administrative records.
Facility Management
Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of the showroom, workshop, and office premises.
Coordinate maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, and other infrastructure.
Ensure timely servicing and repairs of office equipment.
Supervise housekeeping and security personnel.
