We are looking for a responsible Female Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities
● Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. ● Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. ● Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. ● Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results. ● Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone & e-mail. ● Supports the team by performing tasks related to organisation and strong communication. ● Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques. ● Provides information by answering questions and requests. ● Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and expediting orders for supplies. ● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements ● Coordination between departments ● Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular) ● Administrative e-mailing skills ● Office Maintenance ● Working knowledge of Google Sheets ● Quotation drafting ● Maintaining stationary records ● Good time management and organisational skills ● Strong communication skills ● Excellent computer skills ● A team player and having the ability to work independently ●
