CTC Salary Range – 2.4 L to 3.6 L

Job Summary:

The Admin Executive is in charge of managing office procedures and setting up systems to make

sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

 Represent the company professionally with a presentable appearance, courteous behavior, and

strong English communication skills.

 Demonstrate basic tech proficiency to independently troubleshoot minor PC issues and resolve

routine technical problems.

 Supervise housekeeping staff and operations.

 Oversee repair and maintenance activities (plumbing, electrical, etc) and coordinate with

vendors for timely execution.

 Be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, basic

networking, and firewall configurations.

 Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for services such as AC, EPBX, pest control,

etc.

 Maintain and update inventories of stationery, IT equipment, pantry supplies, and housekeeping

materials.

 Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and finalize procurement to optimize cost

efficiency.

 Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for easy access and documentation.
