Manage the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR database.
Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Manage employee engagement, grievance redressal, and performance appraisal process.
Support training and development initiatives.
Oversee general office administration, housekeeping, and facilities management.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Manage office assets, procurement of supplies, and stock maintenance.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations in the workplace.
Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
Experience in payroll software/HRMS.
