Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have a commerce background, basic computer and Excel skills, and the ability to handle procurement, bill processing, and ticketing efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in procurement activities, including collecting quotations, preparing purchase orders, and following up with vendors.

  • Handle bill processing and coordinate with the finance team for timely payments.

  • Manage travel bookings and ticketing (flight, train, hotel arrangements, etc.) for employees.

  • Maintain and update records of office supplies, invoices, and administrative expenses.

  • Support in managing office maintenance, vendor coordination, and facility requirements.

  • Prepare and maintain data in Excel sheets for reports and tracking purposes.

  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and other administrative tasks as required.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and support internal teams when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).

  • 0–1 year of experience in administration or a similar role (freshers can also apply).

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of procurement and billing processes.

  • Familiarity with ticketing and travel coordination.

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
