Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
Handle office maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor coordination
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support
Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics for employees
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities
Monitor general employee support
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle courier, dispatch, and communication management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2–4 years of experience in Administration or Facility Management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of vendor management and procurement
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
