Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations

 Handle office maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor coordination

 Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities

 Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support

 Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems

 Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics for employees

 Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities

 Monitor general employee support

 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

 Handle courier, dispatch, and communication management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

 2–4 years of experience in Administration or Facility Management

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 Basic knowledge of vendor management and procurement

 Ability to work independently and handle pressure
