Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for office administration, vendor coordination, facility management,asset maintenance, record maintenance, travel arrangements, and providing administrative support to management and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office administration and facility operations.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Maintain office records, documents, and inventory.
Handle travel bookings, courier services, and office supplies.
Support employee onboarding and administrative requirements.
Organize meetings, events, and company activities.
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in administration or office management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
