8.	Annual Maintenance
•	AMC of AC
•	CCTV
•	Intercom
•	Waterfilter
•	Ensuring Maintenance of all fixtures, fittings, furniture, chairs etc.
9.	Tracking Outward & Inward Stock to the event destination & back to HO after closing event.
10.	Ensuring office cleanliness.
•	Monitoring the Housekeeping
•	Cleaning Washroom, Reception Area, Office Premises, Directors Cabin Departments of HO/ Accounts/Studio/ Floors/ Tables/ Computers
11.	CCTV Surveillance & Security Management
12.	Arrangement of facilities & materials for events / festivals and supporting Departments
13.	Ticket booking, hotel booking, etc.
14.	Renewal of office lease agreements
15.	Renewal of Gumasta /Shops & establishment Licence
16.	Liasioning with Govt./ Statutory Authorities
17.	Preparation of Annual Admin Budget
18.	Inter office visit - HO/ ACCOUNTS/ STUDIO
19.	Event stall repair coordination
20.	Arrangement of Letter Heads, ID cards, Visiting Cards, Standee hand-outs, banners.
21.	Ensuring Timely Stock Transportation with Accuracy
•	Transport mode availability
•	Eway bill Generation
•	Ensuring of taking handover OF I CARD, MOBILE, MOBILE SIM, DESKTOP, LAPTOP, DONGAL, CAMERA, HARD DISK, PENDRIVE, ETC FROM RESIGNED EMPLOYEE.
22.	Managing, Training & appraising Admin Team.
23.	Maintain the secrecy if any confidential work assigned by the CEO or higher authorities.
