Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admission Coordinator to manage and support the student admission process for our MBA program at the Vashi campus. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in admissions, counseling, or student services, and should be passionate about helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries from prospective students through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online channels.
Guide students through the entire admission process — from application to enrollment.
Coordinate and follow up on application documents, fee payments, and enrollment formalities.
Maintain and update student records in the admission database.
Work closely with the academic and administrative departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Prepare admission reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure compliance with institute policies and admission guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, counseling, or educational sales.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Graduate preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
