• Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards and social media. 

  • Source potential candidates through online channels, professional networks, and recruitment events. 

  • Review and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. 

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews with candidates to assess suitability. 

• Coordination & Communication:
