Job Overview
ARC Technologies and Institutions is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling student data, supporting admissions, managing fee records, and ensuring smooth coordination of academic activities in a dynamic EdTech environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and update accurate student records and databases (personal details, academic information, attendance, etc.)
Manage and track student fee records, including fee collection, follow-ups, and reporting
Handle and support the complete admission process, including student inquiries, documentation, enrollment, and onboarding
Coordinate and manage class schedules and batch planning
Maintain and organize class recordings and ensure proper storage and accessibility
Assist in managing and updating the Learning Management System (LMS)
Coordinate with faculty, academic teams, and support staff for smooth daily operations
Generate regular reports on student data, admissions, and fee status
Address and resolve basic student queries related to administration and course access
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of records
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in administration or operations (EdTech experience is a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
