Location: Malad – HO / Warehouse (Mira Road East)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Experience: 2–5 years
Industry Preference: Healthcare / Medical / Warehouse Operations
Receive, inspect, and verify materials against Purchase Orders and delivery challans
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock in Medica / inventory software and manual registers
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials for easy identification
Prepare and print gate passes for:
Materials dispatch
BME machines (In / Out)
RO & HHD materials
Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain issue records
Generate Purchase Orders (POs) as required
Submit tax invoices to the Accounts Department (HO – Malad)
Make relevant entries in Tally and ensure reconciliation with inventory records
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system data
Identify and report stock shortages, excesses, or damages to management
Coordinate with Procurement and Accounts teams for stock replenishment
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly stock reports
Support internal and external audits by providing stock details and documentation
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance within store premises
Prevent loss, damage, or misuse of inventory and ensure stock security
Support vehicle loading and unloading and assist in packing & dispatch of materials to AKC centres
Working knowledge of Medica (preferred)
Basic to good working knowledge of Tally
Understanding of inventory control & store operations
Good documentation and coordination skills
Physically fit to support material handling when required
Graduate / Diploma (Commerce / Administration / Supply Chain preferred)
