Role Overview:
We are looking for a well-groomed, polite, and organized Salon Receptionist to manage front desk operations, handle client interactions, and ensure a seamless salon experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and attend to clients warmly
Manage appointments, calls, and walk-ins
Handle billing, payments, and invoices
Maintain client records and service history
Upsell salon services and products
Coordinate with therapists/stylists for smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and front desk presentation

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (billing/CRM)
Presentable personality
Prior salon/spa experience preferred
