Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and courteously.
Manage daily correspondence via email with accurate and clear communication.
Maintain and update records and databases using MS Excel and MS Word.
Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks using Tally software.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars as required.
Handle administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
