Job description:
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling client interactions, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily office operations. This role requires good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic administrative abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner
Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and basic email communication
Schedule and manage appointments for astrologers and consultants
Maintain visitor records, appointment registers, and daily logs
Provide basic information about services, consultations, and products
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth daily operations
Handle front-desk documentation and basic office paperwork
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Support administrative tasks as required by the management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream)
Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
Polite, calm, and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle clients professionally
Punctual, responsible, and well-groomed personality

Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹17,000 (based on skills and experience)
