We are looking for a well-presented, responsible, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should be confident, genuine, and capable of handling office responsibilities efficiently. She should be comfortable interacting with clients, guests, and team members, and must maintain a welcoming environment at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
:Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls related to work matters; route calls to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the front desk area — ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Manage daily office tasks and assist in administrative duties.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Maintain visitor logs and follow security protocols.
Ensure smooth communication between departments and management.
Support basic office management and coordination tasks.
