Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Handle visitor entry, issue passes, and maintain visitor records
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meetings when required
Provide basic information about the company, services, and directions
Maintain office records, files, and documents
Support administrative staff with clerical tasks
Handle courier coordination and dispatch records
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pleasant personality with professional appearance
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred)
