Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries

  • Handle visitor entry, issue passes, and maintain visitor records

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meetings when required

  • Provide basic information about the company, services, and directions

  • Maintain office records, files, and documents

  • Support administrative staff with clerical tasks

  • Handle courier coordination and dispatch records


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive is preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Pleasant personality with professional appearance

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks

  • High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred)
